Wednesday, April 23, 2025 | Indiana, PA - The Indiana baseball team continues their hot start to the season rattling off thirteen games in a row for victories. Most recently Indiana had their closest deficit yet beating section foe Knoch by a score of 3-1 which also dubbed them section champions of the WPIAL 4A Section 3, their first section title since the 2015 season. Indiana was led by
Ryan Okopal who carried a no-hitter into the sixth inning of the contest. Okopal's final line was six innings pitched, two hits allowed, one run allowed and five strikeouts. Fellow senior
Mark Collinger came in and closed the door on the Knights in the 7th pitching a perfect inning while striking out the side. Of Indiana's four hits on the contest, one came from
Ethan Shank and
Rocco Cosentino while
Sully VanHoose provided two on his own to go along with an RBI.
