Monday, April 29, 2024 | Indiana, PA - The Indiana baseball team got back to their winning ways on Monday, routing Highlands by a score of 10-0 (5 innings).
Greg Minnick was a force on the mound, surrendering only one hit to Golden Rams batters. Minnick didn't allow another runner the entire game as he struck out nine through five innings, totaling only 61 pitches on the day. Minnick dropped his season ERA to 2.03 and his strikeout total to 46 in 20 2/3 innings.
At the dish, Indiana got some much needed production that has been held to four or fewer runs in three out of the last four games.
Trevor Smith went 3/3 at the plate with a double, three runs scored and two RBIs.
Andrew McGee went 2/3 with two singles, one run scored and four RBIs.
Ben Ryan added an RBI double.
Hunter Martin had two walks and a run scored.
Mark Collinger had a single and an RBI.
Charlie Manzi had a run scored and a walk.
Tristan Redinger went 1/2 with a single and a run scored.
Ethan Shank had a walk and a run scored.
Tim Birch had two runs scored and an RBI.
