Monday & Tuesday, April 8 & 9, 2024 | Indiana, PA - Indiana swept Knoch on back-to-back days to start their section play off in the correct way. On Monday, Junior hurler Greg Minnick went 4 1/3 innings scattering three hits, allowing four runs and striking out 10 Knights on the day. The collective of Tim Birch, Mark Collinger, Charlie Manzi and Ben Ryan shut the door for Indiana the rest of the way only allowing one hit the remaining 2 2/3 innings while striking out three. Charlie Manzi and Ethan Shank both doubled in the contest. Kadin Homer and Shank both had multihit performances. Indiana won 6-4.

On Tuesday, the trio of Ryan Okopal, Sully VanHoose and Jon Cribbs allowed one run to Knoch, while striking out five Knight hitters and each allowing one hit apiece. Ben Ryan and Ethan Shank both hit home runs on the day with Ryan's being a solo shot and Shank's a two-run smack. Trevor Smith went 2-3 on the day with a double and a run scored. Tristan Redinger paced Indiana on the basepaths with two stolen bases. Indiana won 9-1.

Indiana improves to 4-1 overall (2-0 section)
