Wednesday, March 29, 2023 | Dubois, PA - The Indiana baseball teams split a doubleheader with Dubois on Wednesday night with the JV team dominating 18-0 and Varsity dropping a close 3-2 game.

Indiana lost their side of the pitcher's dual on Wednesday night after
Gavin Homer went the distance, firing six innings, limiting the Beavers to seven hits, two earned runs, one walk and 10 strikeouts. The Indians scattered five hits in the contest, big hits coming from
Gavin Homer (double) &
Ethan Shank (triple, one RBI and one run score).
Nick Love (2),
Kadin Homer &
Garrison Dougherty each swiped a bag.
JV Game
Indiana JV continued to rout their opponents and improved their record to 3-0 on the season after defeating the Beavers 18-0 on Wednesday. Four Indiana pitchers (Mark Collinger, Jon Cribbs, Brock Lewis & Jacob Sexton) came to the mound and only allowed two hits on the contest.
Caden Force hit a frozen rope to the fence in the contest along with Sully VanHoose who barreled some baseballs as well. Tim Birch went 3-3 on the contest.

The Indians host Punxsutawney today in a contest that was moved up from Friday's original date. JV's first pitch is at 2 PM with Varsity following at 4:15 PM.
