Thursday, September 1 | Indiana, PA - The Indiana Indians take on the Knoch Knights Friday, September 2nd @ 7 pm at Andy Kuzneski Field. This will be Indiana's first home game of the season, coming off a road trip in which they lost 28-8 to the Freeport Yellow Jackets. Indiana is led by first year Head Coach, Brad Wright. Following last Friday's game, Coach Wright expressed optimism that Indiana can get back on track against Knoch this week. Limiting errors will be a big factor in taking down the Knights. IHS had 2 turnovers against Freeport, one coming in the redzone, along with a holding call that brought a touchdown run by Garrison Dougherty back. The Indians ultimately stalled in that offensive series following the holding call. IHS only touchdown on the game came on a Trevor Smith pass to Wide Reciever James Mill late in the 2nd QTR. The Indians also pinned Freeport down in their own territory and forced a safety in the 2nd half. 

Knoch is coming off of a  48-0 loss to the Hampton Talbots last Friday. 

The IASD Athletic Department announces a couple of changes to the layout of this years Friday night football games. 

Theme Night - PeeWee/JR High Night - Every PeeWee/JR High Football + Cheerleading Participant will be recognized on field prior to the coin toss. If they wear their jersey/uniform, they will gain free entrance into the stadium. 

Rowdy Rooters -  The Rowdy Rooters will be celebrating the home opener by having a Beach Theme night. Any student intending on being in the student section is encouraged to wear any appropriate beach attire. 

Seating Layout - The seating layout has changed. IHS Football has announced that the home sidelines will now be on the press box side of the field. Please view the layout below. 



Parking - There is no reserved parking at IHS. Please park in any designated spot. 

Gates - Gates will open at 5:45 PM. Ticket sales will be provided at both entrance gates until the beginning of the 4th QTR.

Concessions - Concessions is strictly cash only

Tickets - Tickets cost $5 for everyone entering. Ticket purchasing is strictly cash only.
