August 15, 2022 | Apollo, PA - The Indiana boys golf team improved their record to 2-0 with a non-section victory over Kiski Area on a rainy an unseasonably chilly afternoon at Willowbook Country Club Monday Afternoon. Both teams struggled with the conditions, but Indiana came out ahead 225-230. For the 2nd consecutive match Junior Trevor Todd led Indiana and was the medalist for the match, shooting a 2 over par 38. Todd had 2 birdies including one on his opening hole. Harrison Martineau had another solid round for Indiana shooting a 41. Gabe Nettleton (45), Adam Cowburn (48), and Ash Lockard(48) rounded out the scoring for Indiana. Freshman Max Mottura led the way for Kiski shooting a 40, while Jason Buczak and Caden Witt shot 45 and 46 respectively. Indiana will open section play on Thursday at home agaist Hempfield at 4pm at Indiana Country Club.
