Thursday, February 16, 2023 | Indiana, PA - The Indiana boys' & girls' swimming and diving teams competed in their last regular season meet on Thursday night, which also happened to be Senior Salute where the team honored senior swimmers
Anna Failor,
Emma Grim &
Belinda Lin Xu for their careers and dedication to the program. It was an exhilarating event in a jam packed Pigeon Natatorium for the swimming portion. The Indiana boys' team came out on top with a score of 102-81, and ultimately won the section with that victory finishing the regular season with an impressive 13-0 overall, 7-0 section record and taking home the championship in both of the invitationals they competed in. The Indiana girls' team wound up on the wrong side of the meet, losing 105-81 and ultimately finishing second in the section behind Mount Pleasant with an equally impressive 10-3 overall, 6-1 section record while winning the West Allegheny Invitational and finishing second in the Mark Hess Invitational.
