Thursday, December 28, 2023 | Imperial, PA - Indiana High School Swim Team came up big on December 28th with both the girls and boys teams winning at the West Allegheny Invitational. There were 12 boys teams and 15 girls teams present. This was a repeat of last year's dominance by Indiana as the Indians took home the gold in the 2022-23 season as well. 

A notable feat was that Indiana won all 6 relays!

 Impressive individual swims came from first place victories by
Sydney Anderson - 200 free & 100 free
Alex Bauer- 200 IM & 100 breast 
Peyton Scott - 100 fly & 100 breast
Preston Kessler- 50 free & 100 fly

And second place finishes by:
Joshua Reed- 50 free & 100 free
Lily Vello - 100 back

Many swimmers had personal bests and WPIAL qualifying swims.

Indiana is back in action tomorrow (1/4) as they host the Vikings from Valley. Diving will start at 5:45 PM with swimming following at 6:30 PM.
