Tuesday, January 24, 2023 | Vandergrift, PA - The Indians rolled their way to victory over the Kiski Area Cavaliers on Tuesday night winning by a score of 46-28. The JV team also won, winning by a score of 38-33. The Indians improve to 12-5 overall and 8-0 in the section. 

The Indians wasted no time getting back to their winning ways on Tuesday night following their tough loss at the hands of the South Fayette Lions on Monday. Indiana won every quarter against the Cavaliers ultimately winning the game 46-28. The 28 points they held the Cavaliers to was tied for the 2nd least amount of points the Indians have allowed this year. Eve Fiala continued her tear as of late going 9-12 from the field and finishing the night with 20 points and five rebounds. Senior Forward Katie Kovalchick contributed 14 points of her own along with five rebounds, three steals and three blocks. Freshman guard Jayla Peterson added seven points going 3-4 from the field. Other starters including Bella Antonacci contributed three points, four assists, and four rebounds while Emily Madey had two points, three rebounds and three assists.
