Wednesday, June 5, 2024 | Indiana, PA - The Indiana baseball team has advanced to the 2024 4A PIAA Baseball Championship Quarterfinals for the second year in a row. Indiana defeated District 6 Champions, The Bellefonte Red Raiders on Monday night's first round match up. It was the first loss for Bellefonte on their home field dating the whole way back to last year. 

The Match Up
Indiana will face off against East Pennsboro for the second year in a row on Thursday, June 6 at 2:00 PM. The Panthers are coming off a District 3 Championship run, going 19-2 overall on the season. East Pennsboro matched up with a fellow District 7 member of ours Thomas Jefferson in the first round of PIAA play and defeated them by a score of 11-4. East Pennsboro is hitting a collective .340 on the year, and hold a 2.44 ERA collectively as a pitching staff. This is a rematch of last year's first round playoff where Indiana ultimately defeated the Panthers by a score of 2-1 in a noble pitching effort by both teams.

The game will be played at Mount Aloysius College. The address is: 7373 Admiral Peary Highway, Cresson, PA 16630.

Game Information
First pitch will be at 2:00 PM. 

Tickets/Parking
All tickets must be purchased on the PIAA website, and will cost $8 plus fees.  Those needing assistance to purchase a ticket at the field will be helped as time allows.  All sales will be by credit card only.  Parking will be available as you enter the main entrance of the school and make your way towards the field. The parking lot is located down the hill from the left field fence.

Fan Seating
It is suggested that spectators may want to bring a chair as some of the best seating is outside of the bleacher area.

Concessions
Mount Aloysius does not provide concessions so please bring your own drinks and snacks.
