Wednesday, March 1, 2023 | Indiana, PA - Two Indiana diving qualifiers finished 8th & 9th respectively in last weekend's WPIAL diving championships held at North Allegheny High School. Freshman
Austin Schawl placed 8th with a score of 267.35 with Sophomore
Matthew Blystone taking home 9th place with a score of 264.45. Schawl was only the second freshman to finish in the top 12 qualifiers while Blystone was one of three sophomores to finish in the top 12, showing a promising future for these two Indiana divers.
Indiana will be sending an additional 20 qualifiers to the WPIAL Swimming Championships at Trees Pool, the natatorium for the University of Pittsburgh, which will happen on March 2 & 3 at 3:00 PM.
